Les Miserables ini salah satu buku yang aku baca entah udah berapa tahun yang lalu tapi masih aku inget feel-nya sampai sekarang. alur ceritanya sih udah mulai memudar dari ingatan aku, ketumpuk oleh sekian puluh cerita lain dari buku-buku lain yang aku baca. tapi feeling yang aku dapet waktu baca buku itu masih aku inget sampai sekarang. gimana terpesonanya aku sama perjuangannya Jean Valjean dari nobody menjadi somebody. gimana jatuh cintanya aku sama kepribadiannya dia yang amazingly humble and gentle. dan gimana aku nangis mampus di akhir cerita waktu dia meninggal sendirian, dan kesepian. buat aku ini salah satu buku yang worthed untuk dibaca lagi dan lagi dan lagi. I wish I had more free time to read it again.

Makanya seneng banget waktu tahu cerita ini dijadiin film, dan dalam format musical. yes, the right companion for my DVD 'Phantom of the Opera' and its sequel 'Love never Dies'. dan mengetahui yang mainnya Anne hathaway dan Amanda Seyfield, darn, I desperately impatient to watch it. thank God film ini masuk Indonesia. *kalo sampai nggak masuk, kebayang gimana aku bakal mencak-mencak.. :D*

And there I was, crying and laughing along the movie, singing to myself hearing some of the songs I knew so well, dan berniat untuk hunting bukunya lagi. suatu saat akan kembali menenggelamkan diri dalam satu kisah tragis namun manis. satu cerita yang akan membuat aku kembali jatuh cinta sama sosok Jean Valjean tanpa peduli masa lalunya yang kelam.

haa~~ it's definitely a 5 stars movie for me.. 

well, I wanna give it 6 stars if I could.. :D
